
HUAWEI
While working as a junior designer with WrightObara, one of my main responsibilities involved the creation of large number of weekly social media designs and product pages for the HUAWEI N:GAGED B2B website.
This website is used to educate and excite salesmen and -women about the latest Huawei products and to improve their sales strategy.
My role in this project was to source images that matched the look and feel of the company. At the time, Huawei wanted to communicate a friendly and youthful image.
Though we were sometimes given some images by the company to design the product pages, most of the time we were handed the product - Huawei phones - itself. The task then included the generation of design assets that highlighted the best and latest features of the product as well as evoke excitement and intrigue for it.
The part of the project I enjoyed most was the design of the product pages. It allowed me to work with a large well-known brands and their products while maintaining the freedom to express my ideas creatively.
We had a majority of positive responses from the client with our designs and gained more work with them during my time working on the project.
